I recently purchased a house that was over 125 years old with non-standard size windows.  Western NY Windows came by and took measurements for 19 replacements.  Within 3 weeks, the new windows were available.  Western NY Windows kept me updated on the arrival and worked with me to schedule a convenient time to begin working.
